Pricing questions
At checkout, you'll pay the rental fee plus a separate, itemized equipment deposit. The deposit is a real charge (not just a hold) because rentals often run longer than a card authorization lasts. It's refunded in full once the device is returned in the condition it was sent — minus a damage fee only if something is broken or missing.
